We support organizations that operate Microsoft SQL Server, relational databases, AWS data services, or Databricks on AWS. Work can be delivered remotely across the United States, with onsite support available in the DMV area when the engagement requires it.

We begin with a discovery conversation to understand the business objective, current environment, constraints, and urgency. We then propose a defined scope, deliverables, responsibilities, assumptions, timeline, and price before paid work begins.

Not for an initial conversation. If technical access becomes necessary, we agree on the minimum required access, use customer-approved accounts and secure channels, and prefer read-only or least-privilege access where practical. Never send credentials through the contact form or email.

Timing depends on the number of systems, environment complexity, stakeholder availability, and access to reliable evidence. We provide a proposed schedule after discovery instead of advertising a timeline that may not fit your environment.

Yes, implementation and ongoing support can be scoped separately based on priorities, risk, required availability, and schedule. You may also use the assessment deliverables with your internal team or another implementation provider.
